The Linen Masterclass by Paula Sierra

On February 11th, Velia Sierra Design had the pleasure of hosting an intimate and thoughtfully curated gathering at our headquarters in Guadalajara: The Linen Masterclass. Conceived as a celebration of craftsmanship, style, and community, the event welcomed 20 of our most loyal in-store clients for a morning dedicated to the art of dressing in linen.

The highlight of the experience was a styling masterclass directed by Paula Sierra, Head of Image at Velia Sierra Design. With her refined sensibility and deep understanding of the brand’s aesthetic evolution, Paula guided guests through the nuances of styling key pieces from our Alba & Ceniza collection. She demonstrated how our iridescent and metallic linens can transition effortlessly from day to evening, and how thoughtful accessorizing elevates each silhouette.

Special emphasis was placed on pairing our garments with pieces from our resin jewelry collection, whose organic shapes and luminous finishes echo the mineral inspiration behind Alba & Ceniza. Paula also shared elements of her personal styling perspective, incorporating carefully selected shoes, handbags, and accessories from other brands to illustrate how linen integrates harmoniously into a broader, sophisticated wardrobe.

Throughout the session, she underscored the seasonlessness of linen—its ability to adapt beyond coastal settings and evolve into an urban essential. While Velia Sierra Design was born with a beach-inspired spirit, the brand has gracefully expanded into a more metropolitan expression, all while remaining faithful to its linen roots.

Guests enjoyed exquisite catering by La Sirena Bakery, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere. As a token of appreciation, each attendee received a bottle of our artisanal limoncello, crafted exclusively for Velia Sierra Design and available to taste only within our stores—a final touch that encapsulated the spirit of elegance and hospitality that defines our brand.
